Natural Organic Meats

Livestock and poultry graze on fresh, natural, organic pastures during spring, summer and fall and are in 'non-confinement style' shelter during the winter months.  Along with purified, re-mineralized, highly oxygenated water, all livestock and poultry receive 99% chemical free feed, grown from non-genetically modified seed.

Berkshire Pork

The “Berkshire” (pronounced 'Barkshire') breed originates from England/Scotland and is a favorite of Queen Elizabeth. In breeding circles, Berkshire pork is known as ’Berkshire gold’, are jet black with six white “points” and small, erect ears. Poultry

Natural Organic White MeatsOur philosophy on the raising of poultry and keeping them healthy is to provide them with organic feed, purified, remineralized, highly-oxygenated water, and fresh grass every day. We have proven that our birds develop a superior immune system to those birds raised in a controlled environment.

Natural Organic BeefBeef

Texas Longhorns and Canadiennes (Canada's own breed!) graze using an intensive management system on natural organic pastures and are supplemented when necessary with organic feed and specially produced water. The end product is a safe and extremely healthy, nutrient dense meat of superior taste and tenderness.  For the more discerning customer 100% forage fed beef can be Berkshire Pork, Black Angus, Canadiennes, White Rock Chickensmade available on request.
